The fine print:
I do not grant refunds. I will give store credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase or I will offer minor alterations/edits at no charge if needed. Custom order require at least a 4-6 week turnaround rate. Everything is shipped USPS priority mail. I take credit card payments through paypal, as well as money orders- personal checks must clear. Custom work requires at least 50% non-refundable deposit up front as a retainer fee. You can pay in full, but a deposit is required for me to start any work. I do not ship any final order once payment has been made in full.
